Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Concordia University Chicago, where he also earned his Management degree and Marketing degree.  Scott’s journey with SKDO first began in 2005 as a summer intern.  He returned to us again in the summer of 2007 after interning in the city of Chicago in 2006. Scott has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the IRS by becoming an Enrolled Agent. He is also a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (Advanced).

Scott is married to Elise and they reside in Kankakee with their three young children.  Scott grew up in the area and participates in many activities within the community. Scott has also donated his time towards the banking committee for the Kankakee Relay for Life as well as other local not-for-profits.

While not at SKDO, Scott’s enjoys spending time with his family and playing recreation sports.  He and his wife were student athletes at Concordia University Chicago (Baseball ; Softball & Volleyball).  Scott completed the Chicago Marathon in 2013, but admits he will never run anything longer than 5 kilometers, ever.
